B4M obtains the German quality seal for fair recruitment of healthcare personnel

The official German quality seal for fair recruitment of healthcare personnel has been awarded to Bridge4Mobility after several months of checks and analysis of our internal processes, our service portfolio, our support for candidates and companies, our contracts with all parties involved, as well as our external communication in both Colombia and Germany.

We therefore fully comply with every requirement regarding transparency, professional ethics, and fair conditions for the healthcare personnel participating in our mobility projects. In 2020, we joined the initiative to create ethical and quality standards in the labor mobility of healthcare professionals, through a prior agreement with DEFA – the official agency for healthcare personnel established by the German government.
