1. USER INFORMATION
BRIDGE4MOBILITY, S.L., hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is responsible for processing the User’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The following information regarding the processing is provided:
Purpose of the Processing: To maintain a business relationship with the User.
The operations envisaged for the processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that may enable commercial communications, provided that they have been previously authorized. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. Data Retention Criteria: The data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and, when no longer necessary for that purpose, will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure either the pseudonymization or complete destruction of the data.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or provided in download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to process their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to such data. The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any type of personal data transfer is carried out, express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested in advance from the Users. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide optimal service to the User. In the event that not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regarding the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby the data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users, and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
